The conservation area of Bowdon, with its unspoilt Victorian houses and mansions, proved to be the perfect environment for many PJ Livesey Group projects. No company has invested more in this beautiful area or knows it as intimately.
One of Bowdon's most recognisable landmarks is High Lawn. Built in 1875, this Grade II listed Art Deco style mansion was practically derelict when the PJ Livesey Group became involved with its restoration, during which we worked closely with the Royal Society of Historical Monuments and Buildings and the conservation area planners of Bowdon.
