Situated to the north west of Letchworth, these Grade II listed buildings form the centrepiece of a major development of around 925 residential dwellings with five other major house builders. The site was acquired by the PJ Livesey Group on an unconditional basis, and includes the main hospital buildings, a substantial church, a range of farm buildings, and a smaller isolation hospital.

The imposing main building has a ¼ mile long frontage, and totals in the region of 280,000 sq.ft of existing accommodation. This vast complex of buildings not only demanded an innovative design solution, but requires the utmost of perseverance and financial commitment.

The final scheme will include offices, our award winning exclusive GL-14 health club, together with an outdoor cricket pitch, bowling green, and tennis courts.
